Phillip Nelson, Ph.D., is a West Point Graduate, Vietnam Vet., and member of MENSA, the high IQ organization. He specializes in facilitating teams implementing new information technology with organizational change principles. Based in OPM, He taught management in the Federal government for 10 years. Over 5 years at the IRS, Dr. Nelson successfully led four Organizational Impact Analyses (OIA) Teams to help design major new information systems; and initiated a Sociotechnical Work System Design effort. Since his retirement in 1995, he has become passionately interested in how humanity can cope with the impact of exponential Information technology.
